1. Service
ReviewPulse provides tools for collecting, moderating, analyzing, and displaying product reviews for Shopify stores. Features can change as the service is improved.
2. Merchant responsibilities
You are responsible for your store, the accuracy of your settings and content, your customer relationships, and ensuring that your use of ReviewPulse complies with applicable laws and Shopify policies.
3. Review request emails
Automated review requests are disabled by default. If you enable them, you confirm that recipients are your customers and that you have a lawful basis to contact them. You must honor consent, disclosure, and marketing requirements that apply to your business. ReviewPulse includes unsubscribe and suppression controls, but they do not replace your legal responsibilities.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use ReviewPulse for deceptive reviews, harassment, unlawful content, purchased or fabricated reviews, unsolicited bulk email, malware, infringement, or attempts to interfere with the service.
5. Billing
Paid plans are billed and managed through Shopify. Current pricing, trial terms, upgrades, downgrades, and cancellation controls are shown on Shopify's managed pricing page.
6. Data and privacy
Our Privacy Policy describes the information processed by ReviewPulse. You remain responsible for providing required notices to your customers and for configuring the app consistently with your own privacy policy.
7. Availability and support
We work to keep the service available and secure, but do not promise uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, provider outages, Shopify platform changes, and events outside our control may affect availability.
8. Suspension and termination
You can stop using ReviewPulse by uninstalling it. We may limit or suspend access when necessary to protect customers, merchants, the service, or Shopify, or when these terms are materially violated.
9. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, ReviewPulse is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service changes. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email. Questions can be submitted through the ReviewPulse Help and FAQ page.
